Diggory Kenrick --------------------------------------

Diggory Kenrick is a musician and filmmaker probably best known for his
series of flute instrumentals, ever since "The Lion Flute" became a sound
system favourite.

As a solo artist he has recorded for labels like Coptic Lion, Black Solidarity,
Meeuw, Pickout, Beverley's and now Jahtari, after many years playing in various
bands. As a producer and engineer he has worked with a host of leading Jamaican
artists, including Lee 'Scratch' Perry, U Roy, Big Youth, Dennis Alcapone, Cornell
Campbell and Johnny Clarke.

And his long association with legendary producer Bunny 'Striker' Lee has recently
led to directing the acclaimed movie "I Am The Gorgon: Bunny 'Striker' Lee and
the Roots of Reggae". A solo LP is expected in early 2015.
