Fascinating insight into the world of funky / mad scientists: hear the true sounds of fruit and
cheese! The pitch goes up with the amount of acid contained in the food, as I understand it, while
cheese seems to be just the right thing for heavy basslines. Lots of Nobel-prize-potential for this
wicked piece of old-school gear. I wonder what Jamaican dishes would sound like. Do chillies and
coconut milk produce offbeat-skanks and deep basslines?
The remarkable instrument also features some kind of taste-o-meter-display. Awesome. When
